I hope everyone is ready for some Seusstastic adventures! I am so excited about the upcoming Dr. Seuss Read Across America Week at our school!
It's that time of the year when we turn reading into a wild, whimsical celebration, and who better to lead the parade than our beloved Dr. Seuss? The man who turned bedtime stories into a riot of rhymes and green eggs into a culinary adventure!
We're gearing up for a whole week of fun, starting March 4th. Picture this: Silly Socks, Crazy Hats, Wacky Words, and even a PJ & Book Party to cap it all off. It's like Seussville has taken over our school, and we're inviting everyone to join the Seussian shenanigans!
Why Dr. Seuss, you ask? Well, aside from the fact that his books are basically the ABCs of childhood, he's been the secret sauce in creating generations of readers. Those quirky characters, tongue-twisting tales, and life lessons hidden in the pages – it's pure magic for young minds.
We want this week to be more than just reading books; it's about celebrating the ups and downs of learning to read. It's about turning the trials and tribulations into triumphs and laughter. And guess what? It's not just for the kiddos – families, parents, siblings, everyone is invited to join the Seussical fun!
So, grab your silliest socks, find your wackiest hat, and let's make this Dr. Seuss Read Across America Week one for the books (literally)!

Hello Cobb Families, the water line at Cobb School has been repaired and school will be in session tomorrow. We appreciate everyone's patience. Our MUSD maintenance crew, with help from the amazing folks at the Cobb Water Department, worked together to resolve the situation.
