Welcome to Middletown Middle School, a four-time California Distinguished School! The ultimate purpose of education is to help each student become an effective citizen in a democracy. We hope that you will participate in our varied activities, and thus find those things within our school that will prepare you to live a better life and take your place in a complex society.
Middletown Middle School delivers a rigorous and concrete academic program to prepare our students for the next steps in their education. As a small community and school, MMS works very closely with Middletown High School to provide the best transition possible for its students. Middletown Middle School provides different opportunities for students outside the classroom as well, including a variety of sports, clubs, and connections to Ag programs such as FFA and 4H.
At Middletown Middle School, it is our mission to provide a quality education, an appreciation of cultural diversity, and to develop a sense of social responsibility for all students. Our programs teach students to value themselves and others in a safe and supportive environment.
School Accountability Report Card (SARC) can be found under the SARC page under the tab, "Our School" up at the top, and scroll down.
